I think I have been something of a contemplative my whole life.  One of my earliest memories is sitting with my Lithuanian Grandmother as she prayed in her room each morning.  We could not speak to each other as she only spoke Lithuanian but somehow we developed a most loving bond. 

Growing up I spent as much time as possible in the woods behind our house and was often reprimanded for not being with the rest of the family.  When asked what I was doing I could only answer "Just sitting and watching."  When I wasn't in the woods I was reading.

After high school I enter a teaching order of sisters and began my formal introduction to the meditation I had been doing for years.  After 24 years I left the convent and began the current phase of my life. 

My cat, Wong Su (King Rat) brought me to Reiki.  After many vet visits offering little hope I found Nancy Leaming of AVJ Natural Cat in Pottstown ( www.naturalcat.com ) She offered me remedies and was surprised that I was not giving him Reiki.  I asked her where it was in the store and I would buy it.  Her reply that it was something that I needed to learn to do to help him started me on the Reiki healing path.  Rat lived six more happy years before Kidney disease took him from me.  (That is a story in itself.)

I began learning and offering EFT to clients in 2007.
